This annual kayak event on November 9 features seven naturalist-guided routes for paddlers of all levels. The event seeks to focus attention on harbor conservation and provide a treat for paddlers of all abilities.
TEAM Stays Engaged in City’s Future
From January's enlightening "Journey to the Future" to the August draft of the 2019 Punta Gorda Master Plan , TEAM continues to stay engaged in the dialogue.

The Implementation chapter of the draft lays out specific activities which the city and its strategic partners like TEAM can undertake to address community concerns and priorities. 
Whooo's Joining TEAM on The Henry Street Campus
A newly proposed piece of land for the Peace River Wildlife Center has 7.4 acres available instead of the single acre proposed in Ponce Park. They will join the library, the dog park, the history park, and TEAM's community gardens on the Henry Street campus.  Learn more
They’ll Paint Their Hearts Out November 9
A hundred TEAM and Habitat for Humanity volunteers will paint seven houses next month. Several homes required significant repairs, funded in great part by the Punta Gorda Rotary and Charlotte Community Foundations. Learn how this works
