Conference registration process
The school-year coach username and password is needed in order to register a team for national competition. If the school-year coach is not attending the conference, he/she may list another adult as the acting coach during the conference registration process. All students who are competing must be registered by May 21st. Guests may be registered at the same time as student competitors, or they may register separately by choosing the “Other Attendees - TEAMS Guest” option. All who attend the conference – students, teachers, parents and other guests – must register for the conference.

National TEAMS Competition Descriptions
Descriptions of the Digital Media and Prepared Presentation national TEAMS competitions are now posted on the
TEAMS national conference page
. Problem Solving will be posted the week of April 16
(prior preparation is not needed for this onsite competition).
The national TEAMS competitions will be held at the Westin Peachtree Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia. Some conference activities will also be held at the Georgia World Congress Center. Sleeping rooms for TEAMS participants are at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis. Complimentary shuttle service is provided.
A block of rooms at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis ($189 per night plus applicable taxes and fees) has been reserved for those attending the conference who are competing in the TEAMS competition. TEAMS attendees are required to stay for the following three nights – June 22, 23 and 24. TEAMS attendees must use the
TEAMS Hotel Link
when registering (this is the preferred method), or call (404) 521-0000 and identify your reservation as TEAMS. Using the link or identifying your reservation as “TEAMS” allows you to book for only three nights. Complimentary shuttle bus service is provided.
A $200.00 per person fee will be assessed by TSA, Inc. from any TEAMS conference attendee who does not stay at a national TSA conference property on 6/22, 6/23, and 6/24. This policy is not implemented once the hotel sleeping room block has been sold out and has been authorized by National TSA. Those living within a twenty-five mile radius of Atlanta, Georgia are exempt from this policy.
