TECNA Board Chair Message - 2019 CEO Retreat
As we move into our busy fall agenda, I want to bring to the attention of the TECNA CEO community exciting plans for the 2019 CEO Retreat. Our Retreat planning committee has been hard at work developing what promises to be both a compelling program but also a fresh approach to the event that will give it a true "retreat" experience. It starts with a very special venue, in this case, the exclusive Maple Ranch located about an hour outside Kansas City. I had the opportunity to tour the facility with KC Tech CEO Ryan Weber right after our Summer Conference in Des Moines, and I can tell you it is a truly world class venue that will help inspire a stimulating retreat experience. The committee is also well advanced with development of our program and we will be in a position to share those details with you very soon. I am personally very excited about how the 2019 CEO Retreat is shaping up, and I know that enthusiasm is shared by the whole planning committee. More details to follow, but for now I would encourage you to put the dates in your calendars...April 1 to April 3, 2019.

" Yesterday we learned that U.S. workers view 401(k) plans as a "must-have benefit," and a new report from the Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies suggests that many employers also understand the value of these tax-advantaged savings vehicles.
