Security Orchestration, Automation and Response leader @Syncurity closes two million Institutional Investment to support accelerated growth
|
|
Syncurity,
a market leader in Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), announced recently the initial close of a two million dollar institutional investment led by the Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). The investment proceeds will be used to expand market reach through existing channel and technology partnerships, while also enhancing Syncurity’s award winning IR-Flow platform.
“Syncurity now has the resources to accelerate our already impressive growth as the SOAR market transitions from the early adopters of Do-It-Yourself (DIY), code-based tools to complete applications built for the mainstream enterprise and MSSP markets,” said Syncurity CEO, John Jolly. “Customers and partners will be able to conduct security operations in a more efficient and effective manner by responding to threats faster and with greater accuracy to reduce overall cyber risk without writing and maintaining code.”
Syncurity’s new investors bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success.
“We are excited about the opportunity to invest in a high growth Maryland-based cybersecurity company with an outstanding leadership team,” said Frank Glover, Lead Director of the TEDCO Seed Fund. “Syncurity’s mature product architecture and their focus on enabling enterprise process for security has enabled them to acquire multiple Fortune-500 customers.”
Syncurity’s IR-Flow® platform empowers enterprises to quickly and easily adapt workflow and automation to their unique business processes and security technologies, regardless of team size or maturity. IR-Flow separates alert handling from incident management processes to increase efficiency, incorporates human analysts for more accuracy and generates a detailed security “System of Record,” enabling reporting and measurement, process improvement and compliance demonstration.
