MSCRF Awards in 2020

Funding approved for 2nd round of 2020 recipients for a total of $7,053,759. The Commission has also issued a Request for Applications (RFAs) for its first round of funding for FY2021.

Maryland Small Business COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund

The MSBDFA program is receiving $5M from the State of Maryland (via the Care Act federal funds) to make loans to Maryland-based small businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The loans will be 5-year term loans, between $25,000 - $200,000, with 0% interest and no payments in year 1 and 2% interest over the remaining term.

Applications are processed on a 1 st  come – 1 st  served basis.
