To our Maryland Entrepreneurial Community –

We know that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is concerning for the community and will continue to grow in the coming days and weeks. The state of Maryland has taken proactive steps to minimize the impact to the community. We want you to know that TEDCO is changing our business operations; however, we will continue to support the entrepreneurial and economic development community during this challenging time. Many of our business operations to the external community have been moved to virtual services. We are taking this precaution to avoid contracting or spreading the virus.  TEDCO is adhering to the “social distancing” and in person meeting restrictions per the guidelines by the Governor. If you have questions regarding specific meetings, events or programs, please reach out to our leads.

We would like to reiterate; everyone should take appropriate precautions to avoid contracting or spreading the virus. This includes staying home if you feel sick, washing hands often, not touching your face, and minimizing contact with others by not shaking hands, and attending external events with large crowds.

The impact of COVID-19 on all of us and the entire State is unprecedented. It is important that we take the necessary precautions to stay safe and to avoid spreading the virus; however, it is also important that we stay calm and continue to function as a business community.

Stay healthy and be safe.
