SAMANTHA MORRELL QUALIFIES AGAIN!
2023 KPMG WOMEN'S PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
This past week Durland Golf lead instructor, Samantha Morrell traveled to Kingsmill resort in Williamsburg Virginia to compete in the 2022 LPGA Teaching & Club Professionals National Championship. 

The event was a 54-hole stroke play competition. Samantha represented herself, Naples Grande Golf Club and Durland Golf quite well posting scores of 69, 72, 73 finishing the event at +1 and in 4th place overall. 

This event also serves as a qualifier for the LPGA tour's KPMG Women's PGA Championship. Samantha's top eight finish earned her an exemption into the field for the 2023 event which will be played at Baltusrol Country Club in Springfield, New Jersey.
