Vision 2030: Building The Energy Management Workforce
TEMA’s Vision 2030 initiative, supported by Google, is helping build the next generation of energy management professionals by connecting students, universities, and industry.
Through the Campus Partnership Program, students can explore the profession through lunch-and-learns, pathways to TEMA certification, internships, and opportunities to build practical skills while connecting with industry professionals.
The 2026–2027 pilot is just the beginning.

TEMA elections are coming up, and your membership must be active as of close of business on November 30, 2026 to be eligible to receive a voting notification. Voting will take place December 15–16, 2026.
If your membership is active and you are eligible to vote, you will receive a notification when voting opens. If your membership is not active as of November 30, you will not receive a voting notification.
