COVID 19 and TEN Conference 2020:

Dear Family,

We are looking forward to the 2020 Conference – God Willing. We are moving forward with planning the conference – confirming speakers, workshops, and time together – with the idea that hopefully this crisis will have passed. We do realize that folks are concerned about the current Corona Virus pandemic and whether or not we will be able to hold the conference this year.

Currently, it appears that our event is far enough out that we would be OK to hold it. However, should that change we do have a plan in place to address the situation. We will continue to monitor the situation and move as quickly as possible should there be any changes.

Here’s the various conference related actions and what we can tell you about them now:

At this time, we are encouraging folks to go ahead and register. If we need to cancel or reschedule the conference then we will refund your registration, or move it forward if you wish. We will contact you to determine what you would like to do.

Hotel Reservations:

The hotel reservation process does not require an advance payment. So, you should go ahead and make your hotel reservations if you plan on attending. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled then you can cancel or reschedule your hotel reservation at that time.

It is not possible for us to ensure what would happen with airline tickets or other travel arrangements made in advance. Some folks are moving forward with their airline tickets due to the low cost currently available, and believe that should the conference be cancelled the tickets costs can be used for other travel. We as an organization have no say in this issue nor can we make any guarantees, each person will need to make their own decision regarding booking any travel.

We thank you for your continued support of TEN! We look forward to being together in worship and fellowship as soon as possible!

In His Love,

David Thomas, President
