TERRIFICON IS ALMOST HERE!

To see floor map to start promoting that you will be vending and appearing at TERRIFICON on July 28-30 the FLOOR MAPS are under several tabs on the website so attendees can access it easily. You can find them by clicking here as well
If you need to rent displays, tables, carpet or other items beyond what is provided for your space and you do not want to bring your own shelves or tables (or if you forgot something and need it) Demers has items that can be rented for the show. DEMER'S is the Expo Company that is in charge of the Move In and Move Out for TERRIFICON the rep is Ashley Parker and here are some notes she would like you to remember:
- We ask you please read and follow the instructions below and attached.
- Thursday move in, is highly suggested with the number of vendors who will be accessing the POV lot.
- All vendors MUST report to the marshaling yard before approaching the POV/Loading Dock area of the Earth Expo Center.
- If you proceed without checking in, you will be turned away and be directed to wait in line at the marshaling yard.
- The yard will be staffed (1) hour prior to move in.
The loading dock and POV lot are available for ACTIVE UNLOADING ONLY. Active unloading means that you unload everything when you arrive, then MOVE YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE unpacking your items and setting up your booth space. Your vehicle must remain ON with your lights ON when you are unloading- this is a strict mandate from the Mohegan Tribal Health and Safety Department. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE US CHASE AFTER YOU to move your vehicle.
Move-In Hours:
Thursday, July 27th 2:00pm-8:00pm*
*You must check into the marshalling yard no later than 8pm, you may stay in the hall and continue your booth setup until 9pm.
Friday, July 28th 7:00am-12:30pm
* You must check into the marshalling yard no later than 12pm, set up in the hall may continue until the Show opens at 1:00pm
Move-Out Hours:
Sunday, July 30th 5:00pm-8:00pm
All doors will be locked, and no outside access will be granted prior to 5pm. Early Move-Out is strictly prohibited.
Electrical Order Form, if you have yet to place your electrical orders please do so now, as the discount pricing ends FRIDAY, July 15, 2023.
