Presentation Proposal Information
How to Submit Your Proposal
and include all the following information:
Name, title, address, phone and e-mail address for each presenter. If more than one presenter, please indicate the primary presenter.
Name of Organization
Presentation Title (this information will be used in the program)
Presentation Description (50 words or less to be used in the program)
Presentation Abstract (include content, purpose, format, target audience, what people will learn, etc. - 100 words or less)
Type of presentation (50-minute or 90-minute workshop, or poster session)
TFA will extend a $50 registration discount to the person identified as the primary presenter and a $30 discount to secondary presenters for anyone wishing to be a full conference attendee.
Should your presentation be selected you would be responsible for the following:
1. Presenter will submit a full paper or power point no later than 2 weeks before the conference to be shared with conference attendees on our website:
and on the Whova registration app.
2. Presenter will bring laptop and projector. (If a projector is needed, presenter will inform the office by September 15, 2019).
Presenter will give the presentation in the allotted time, allowing for questions.
Selection of Presentations
Presentations for our annual conference will be carefully chosen by TFA’s Conference Committee.
Selected presentations will be reviewed for CEU eligibility by the Education Director and Social Worker Consultant according to ASWB/ACE guidelines.
