Managing the New Normal: Coming Back from COVID

As more and more citizens are vaccinated against COVID 19, and we cautiously start to think about life slowly moving back into a “new normal,” many of us would benefit from wise advice as to how to navigate the transitions that are part of coming back from COVID.

We’ve managed through the blurred boundaries between work, school and home life in new and unusual ways. Now as we approach more change, Leslie Strachan, LICSW, will speak to the emotional impacts of COVID, particularly for those working from home, providing guidance around moving from working from
home back to an office.

You will learn about:
1. Managing our own behavioral health/anxiety
2. Reflecting on what you want out of work in this new normal
3. Reshape how you look at work

The pandemic hasn't stopped Chamber members from networking. Our Referral Exchange Networks (REN) are all meeting virtually.
