A few reminders!!
Please do not create a new account, you must log in to your previously created account as your educational history data is stored there. Password reset instructions are provided on the home screen. Once purchased, you will have access to your course 24/7 until the yearly deadline of 4:00 pm CST / 5:00 pm EST, December 5th, 2025.
Do not let your license expire! Expiration letters are mailed from the State of Tennessee approximately 72 days prior to your expiration date, to the address they have on file. If you do not receive a reminder letter, you will need to contact them to update your address. You are still responsible for renewing your credentials in a timely manner.
The Tennessee Housing Association (THA) provides the education needed to obtain or renew a license or certification in Tennessee, but THA does not process, renew, suspend or revoke licenses. All credentials are issued by the Regulatory Department (Commerce & Insurance, State Fire Marshal's Office, the Manufactured Housing Division). THA does not have your license number or the expiration dates of your license or certification. If you have questions relating to the expiration of your credentials, you may call the Regulatory Department at 615/741-7192, Option #1.
