THA Members & Affiliates:

As an Association, your leadership works extremely hard in building and maintaining a strong political presence with legislators here in Tennessee, and with our Washington representation. To do that effectively, we must rely on financial help from our members. THA utilizes the constant counsel of our lobbying firm, McMahan Winstead and Richardson, to ensure every dollar contributed to our THA Political Action Committee (PAC) is used wisely and effectively, here in Tennessee.

Our 2023 goal is currently set at $45,000, which is very small for an industry such as ours.  Your 2023 contribution will assist THA leadership in fostering more legislative relationships in the months ahead of us, and in doing so, will provide more opportunities to create positive change for the factory-built housing industry within our state.

THA respectfully asks our members and affiliates to contribute to the
2023 THA-PAC campaign now. 
For ease of participation, we have created an online contribution form and we have also linked a hardcopy contribution form below.  We want to thank those individuals and companies who have supported the THA-PAC previously and hope you will continue to do so this year and beyond.

The 113th General Assembly
The 2023 session of the One Hundred Thirteenth General Assembly adjourned on Friday, April 21, 2023.
The General Assembly will reconvene at 12:00 noon (CST) on Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
