The Department of Commerce & Insurance has notified the Association of an update to the Plan of Corrective Action (POCA)/Notification of Repairs form.
Implementation will begin Monday, May 18th.
The revised form includes an additional column for licensees to document the date repairs were completed. This updated form will be included with all rejected/failed reports sent to licensees through the email notification process.
Please note that any reports received on or after June 22nd which do not include the updated form will be rejected until the correct form is submitted.
As with any new form or transition in processes, the Department anticipates some initial difficulty for the updated form to be fully distributed and for all licensees to become familiar with the new requirement.
