2020 Volunteer Appreciation: Warrior Support Team Volunteers
It's time to recognize our volunteers for the Warrior Support Team!
There are 26 WST volunteers and they serve meals and provide information to wounded, ill, and injured service members at the military hospitals in Bethesda, MD, and San Diego, CA.
This work can be emotionally draining. WST volunteers are there for these warriors to support them after they've suffered a significant setback. That only makes the work of these dedicated volunteers even more impressive. They know the impact of their presence at these hospitals and how important it is to let each service member know that they are not alone.
This mission would not be possible without these dedicated volunteers. The Warrior Support Team's presence is different from that of our social media presence, but it is still extremely significant. The work ethic and commitment of each of these volunteers is incredible and we're so proud to have them on our team!
Thank you for all of your hard work! You've brightened the days of these warriors and made our mission possible!
