GENEROUS SPONSORS HELP BRING THE 2026 BALLARD MUSIC & SEAFOODFEST TO LIFE

It takes a village to produce the Ballard Music & Seafoodfest each year. We are so grateful for the outpouring of support from our sponsors and volunteers. Several of our sponsors have become a part of our Seafoodfest family because they have been passionate about supporting the neighborhood for so many years.

Whether they are new to sponsoring or have been doing it for a decade, our sponsors allow us to produce this free community festival and share our beautiful neighborhood with 75k fans each year.

For the past 52 years, this event is not only a celebration of our deep roots with

the fishing industry and tight-knit community, but Ballard Music & Seafoodfest is, in fact, a giant neighborhood fundraiser.

100% of the festival proceeds are invested in the the Ballard Alliance's year-round projects and programs that enhance the neighborhood.

And when a sponsor decides to support the festival , they are not only contributing to a fun-filled summer event, but also supporting the programs that make Ballard the best neighborhood to live, work, and play.

So buy that salmon BBQ dinner, say cheers with a local craft beer, get your VIP Lounge Experience passes, and most importantly bring your friends and make some memories with us on July 10-12! Let's raise our glasses and shout a hipp hipp hurra to our outstanding 2026 Ballard Music & Seafoodfest sponsors!

HELP BALLARD NEIGHBORS AND FARMERS MARKET FOOD PROVIDERS RECOVER AFTER DEVASTATING HOME FIRE

Local farmers market food vendors and Ballard residents experienced a house fire that destroyed their food production kitchen and most of their home. If you would like to help support Sara and Sam Lucchese during this difficult time, please donate to their GoFundMe - Help Sara and Sam Rebuild After Fire.

Here are some details from our friends at the Ballard Farmers Market:

"On Tuesday night, June 9th, Sara and Sam Lucchese experienced a devastating fire at their home. The fire wiped out their food production kitchen, destroyed many personal belongings, and caused substantial damage to their living space. The full extent of the damage is still unknown, but it has already put their future and the businesses they’ve worked so hard to build in jeopardy.

Sara and Sam are longtime residents of Ballard and have dedicated themselves to bringing delicious, locally made food to the community through Vespucci Pizza, Pasteria Lucchese, and La Crespella. Their presence at farmers markets has been a cornerstone for so many market-goers, and their passion for local food has enriched the lives of countless neighbors. Now, they are facing an unimaginable challenge as they try to recover from this loss.

Funds raised through this campaign will be used to replace essential equipment for their small business, make necessary repairs to bring their commercial kitchen back online, and remediate the damage to their living space."

WHERE TO WORLD CUP IT UP IN BALLARD

Above the bar at Kangaroo & Kiwi you'll find one of SEA&WIN’s special Celebration of Nations SEA Beacons. Whichever team you're rooting for, the pub on NW Market Street will be a lively place offering both Australian and American food and drinks! That match will be aired from noon until 4 p.m.

Also, if you would like to watch the match outdoors in Ballard Commons Park, Seattle Parks and Recreation is providing a free showing on their jumbo screen. This event is a part of the Seattle Parks Beautiful Game Activities happening this summer throughout the city. Grab a blanket, a picnic and maybe a soccer ball and enjoy a day at the park on June 19 from noon - 4 p.m.

Slim Goody - Ballard's Premier Sports Bar and Watch Party Hub will be showing all the FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches. You can check out the schedule in the graphic to the left. They have more than 23 high-definition televisions and a family-friendly back patio area (front patio is reserved for 21 and over).

Over at Skål Beer Hall, it is all about team Norway! Skål offers the perfect spot to watch team Norway play, showing all the matches with full sound, as well as $5 Aass & Carlsberg during the games.

They will be open on Tuesday, June 16 for Norway's World Cup opener against Iraq. Then on June 26, Skål Beer Hall is one of our Ballard Regnbue community partners and helping us celebrate the Norway vs. France match up at noon.

Reuben's Brews will be showing all the matches at all their taprooms, as well as some fun activities through their Summer of Soccer program. Learn more here.

Our beloved Czech-inspired brewery OBEC Brewing is showing all the matches this summer. Their patio area is the perfect spot to sip on crisp delicious European flavors of their beers and catch a match or two this summer!

PLEASE SUPPORT THE BUSINESSES IMPACTED BY THE SPU SHIP CANAL WATER QUALITY PROJECT CONSTRUCTION ZONES

Local businesses surrounding construction zones in Ballard need the help of dedicated customers to survive.

Currently, crews are setting up a work area at the intersection of 24th Ave NW and NW 56th St. to support upcoming tunneling operations.

This work area will be in place through spring 2027. As this much needed construction carries on, please help support the businesses in the construction zone. For the next year, businesses such as Salt & Sugar Cafe and Bakery, Peoples Bank, Tumbles Gym, Huntington Learning Center, Aimee Nail Studio and Banfield Pet Hospital will be in the midst of the construction zone and re-routed traffic patterns. If you already frequent these businesses, thank you. If you haven't tried them out, we are asking the community to make an effort to shop, dine, or use the services at these businesses.

Another challenging area is the building construction happening on the corner of NW 56th Street and 20th Ave NW - right next to Spice Waala and Pink Bee Curry & Sandwiches and across from Verve Bowls and Mr. Gyros. Please look past the construction in the area and support these local businesses serving REALLY great food!
