Main Street Improvement Project
(Between Cabela's Drive and Railroad Street)
The Main Street Improvement Project will begin construction in the upcoming weeks. To learn more about the construction, watch the video. For more information on the project, visit the link below.

Hays County Traffic Alert: Old San Antonio Road
All traffic on Old San Antonio Rd. will be northbound only for the duration of the Buda Elementary School construction project, which is expected to finish in mid-September. Starting on July 26, the sidewalk at the southwest corner of Main Street and Old San Antonio Road will be closed for no longer than two weeks.

Update on Odor Complaints Against GrubTubs Inc.
The City of Buda has taken the next action against GrubTubs Inc., for violation of the City’s Odor Nuisance Ordinance. The City’s Code Enforcement Officer has filed a case in Municipal Court regarding the infractions.

Buda City Park Construction Update

Celebrate Harry Potter's Birthday!

Celebrate Harry Potter's Birthday at the Buda Public Library!

Join the magic as we create wands, get sorted into houses, take Harry Potter themed photos, and more! Most activities will be geared for upper elementary children to teenagers but everyone in the family is welcome to attend.

Movies in the Park: Incredibles 2
Movies in the Park returns! We will be showing Pixar's Incredibles 2 on Friday July 26. Come out to Buda Sportsplex at 8:45 PM. Admission is free. You won't want to miss it!
South Main Music Nights
 Downtown Buda    is once again hosting "South Main Music Nights" this summer! The free concert series takes place at    Buda Mill & Grain Co. . Bob Appel will be playing on August 1 from 7:30PM to 9:30PM. So grab your lawn chairs and picnic blankets and bring the family out! 

July is National Parks & Rec Month!
Did you know that Buda is called the Outdoor Capital of Texas? Come out to our many parks to celebrate National Parks & Recreation Month!
Buda Public Library Hosts Ricardo Parra
The Buda Public Library will host a concert with Chilean singer - songwriter Ricardo Parra on Aug. 8 at 7 PM at Buda Municipal Complex Building multipurpose room. Admission is free and the concert will be family friendly!

City of Buda WaterSmart Customer Portal Open
City of Buda has partnered with WaterSmart Software to offer residents a digitalized way of seeing real-time water consumption through this free service on mobile devices.
