Is A Budaful Thing
Ms. Betty X. Davis is a true example of what it means to pay it forward. She celebrated her 104th birthday Monday at Sodalis Assisted Living and Memory Care in Buda where she lives. Davis is a published writer and used her birthday as an opportunity to collect books for children in Buda.
She is collecting books through the end of November. You can contribute by dropping a children's book off at  Sodalis at Buda .

Fraudulant Job Postings
The City of Buda has been made aware of a scam involving someone posting fraudulent City of Buda job openings. A recent fraudulent post went up on ‘Indeed’ for a front desk receptionist position asking applicants to send a cover letter and resume to HRBuda@outlook.com. This is not a legitimate City of Buda job opening. The posting has since been taken down by Indeed.
