-Please update your student’s immunization records as they receive new vaccines. This is especially important for students going into Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 6th grade. In accordance with Arizona State Law, parents/guardians must provide proof of all required immunizations with the  complete  date and the doctor or clinic name for each vaccine. Immunization records and vaccinations need to be up-to-date and provided to the school nurse prior to the first day of school.
