In this webinar, we will explore the essential dimensions of pastoral calling and how a clear sense of vocation nurtures the health, vitality, and spiritual direction of the local congregation. We will also examine the primary ways in which the church is called to serve as a faithful and prophetic witness within its surrounding community.

Participants will engage with core principles of pastoral shepherding, including spiritual leadership, congregational care, and the cultivation of a Christ-centered ministry. At the same time, we will highlight the crucial areas where the local church must embody justice, compassion, and transformative presence in the world.

Grounded in Scripture and deeply attentive to the needs of today’s communities, this webinar seeks to equip leaders to respond to God’s calling with integrity, faithfulness, and courage.
