We have an important update regarding marketing approvals from CMS. They have implemented an additional step, making it a bit more challenging. Now, TPMOs offering multiple plans must obtain prior approval from each carrier. Following this, the agency must file all marketing materials with CMS through the HPMS system. Our marketing materials will be available as of 10/1, and we are currently accepting orders through the marketing store only.

Compliance is absolutely crucial to ensure our success and protect our clients. Please make sure to follow these new guidelines diligently.
