Our 50-minute Mind+Care classes are about honoring the mind-body connection, toning your brain and offering you the opportunity to exercise your mind by moving your body and creating new neuropathways to strengthen your brain and enhance neuroplasticity. Every class unique and practitioner-based with NO pre-established choreography leaving no predictability in class. Here are our Mind+Care class categories:
Mindful Movement | Yoga + Strength/Core Stability
Our Mindful Movement sessions are yoga and strength-based classes. Our instructors have 10+ years experience teaching, and classes are designed around their unique area of expertise. Classes also incorporate LUXXE|HONOR aromatherapy products.
One fire 🔥 (gentle) is yoga-based and ideal for those returning to fitness, recovering from injury, looking for strength building, advanced age or inflexible.
Two fire 🔥🔥 (intermediate) yoga-based and ideal for the student who is seeking more challenging yoga, balance practice and increased range of motion.
Three fire 🔥🔥🔥 classes are strength + core stability with a multitude of props to make the class challenging and exciting! Class is for the seasoned student.
Classes are not heated and the fire reference is for your 'inner kindle'.
Mindful Breath | Meditation
Our meditation sessions focus on breath, stillness, essential oil education and associated healing properties in products, use of oils during meditative moments and proper breath technique.
No need to bring anything but YOU
All 1 Fire 🔥 and two Fire 🔥🔥classes include mats, yoga cushions, blocks, straps.
All 3 Fire 🔥🔥🔥classes include weighted bars, sliders, straps, foam rollers, and free weights.
All Meditation classes include yoga cushion and eye pillows.
