CAL FIRE Local 2881 Honor Guard placed FIRST in the March Medley.

To quote one of the piping judges," Very musical playing and such a lovely sound. The bar is set for those who follow."

What a great feeling to have a win announced before a grandstand of over 10000 people, then to have the announcer give a special thanks to CAL FIRE for all of this years work.

On the solo side, a big shout out to piper Mike Carr who took a third in the slow air. Yours truly took a third in Piobaireachd and the 6/8 March.
