BREAKING NEWS - Led by Yale Lee, CSU Pueblo's women's golf team rallied on its final three holes to win the 54-hole, three-day Travis Roy Invitational on Tuesday. Lee carded two birdies and an eagle on the final three holes to lift the Pack to the title at The Powder Horn Golf Community in Sheridan, Wyo. Lee's eagle on the final hole put her in first place on the leaderboard. The Pack men's team placed seventh. READ MORE

While Pack Football is ranked nationally, first-season Men's Soccer coach Thomás Pazo Tourinho has led the ThunderWolves to a 4-0 record heading into their final non-league match as the No. 21-ranked team in the United Soccer Coaches poll. The Pack concludes non-league play this week against RMAC rivals Colorado Christian on Thursday at the Art and Lorraine Gonzales Stadium and at Fort Lewis in Durango on Sunday.

The ThunderWolves' volleyball team plays seven of its next 10 matches at Massari Arena, starting Friday at 6 p.m. against South Dakota Mines, and Saturday at 5 p.m. versus Black Hills State. Coach Jordan Bruere's squad is 2-0 in RMAC play and 6-5 overall after winning matches last weekend at Regis and Chadron State. South Dakota Mines is unbeaten in the RMAC, while Black Hills State is 1-1. Both Dakota schools beat Fort Lewis, which defeated 3-1 CSUP on September 5.

Quarterback Navi Bruzon is the second CSU Pueblo player to earn Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference’s Player of the Week honors this season. In the Pack's 45-17 win over visiting Colorado Mines, Bruzon passed for 421 yards and four touchdowns to secure the offensive POW recognition. Linebacker Carter Daniels was the RMAC top defender in the first week of the season. Since Coach Phil Vigil's arrival in Pueblo, CSU Pueblo has earned 27 RMAC POW certificates, including nine on offense, eight on defense, and 10 for special teams.
