Employment Spotlight: Kelly's Story
Kelly joined Shookies Cookies in early 2026 and quickly became a bright, dependable part of the team.
She works a few shifts each week and shows up with a positive attitude and steady energy every time. Her role fits perfectly with hands-on, structured work in a friendly, community-focused environment.
Each shift, Kelly jumps into a variety of important tasks that help everything run smoothly. She greets customers, helps with cleaning and organization, and supports cookie-making activities, like packaging, labeling, prepping ingredients, and general kitchen support.
Kelly shared, “I work very hard at Shookies. I work independently at my job. I really like my job, it keeps me motivated.” Amy, Owner and Manager of Shookies Cookies, added, “Shookies newest addition to the family and hardest worker, Kelly!”
