Technology Transfer Bootcamp: From Research to Innovation
, allowing you to develop your research or technology innovation in food, water, and energy into a practical and commercially viable product.
The bootcamp will cover the essentials of:
- Identify the intellectual assets
- Prioritise, using strengths in terms of exploitation
- Assess Intellectual Property, validate technology commercialisation
- Identify potential markets
- Verify market needs
- Select and develop a business model
- Calculate required efforts, investments and expected profits
- Learn about Intellectual Property and Commercialisation Techniques
- Know how to make an effective pitch presentation
