Enhancements to COMLEX-USA Exams in 2026, 2027

At its annual meeting December 13-14, 2024, the NBOME Board of Directors approved enhancements to each Level of the COMLEX-USA examination series. Enhancements include changes for COMLEX-USA Level 1 and 2-CE, and a one-day format for COMLEX-USA Level 3.

COMAT-SE New Subjects Released

We are excited to announce the expansion of our COMAT-SE clinical subject offerings to include family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics! Now, students can further reinforce learning in these areas and identify any that may need additional study.

The NBOME & COMs Prepare for Phase 3 of C3DO

The Core Competency Capstone for DOs (C3DO) pilots at campuses of schools and colleges of osteopathic medicine (COMs) will continue through 2025, with Phase 3 of research and development.
