Solution: the Text Arcade! ...a superfast text bank that costs $25 a ticket, where 100% of your ticket funds this text bank. We cap attendance to make sure everyone has 1400 texts to send!

The January 6th Select Committee is history in the making. Each session has brought shocking new revelations into the Insurrection and the larger (and ongoing!) GOP/MAGA plot to end democracy.

After a hiatus during which the Committee interviewed even more witnesses, they're ready to get rolling again. And we're ready to watch! The hearing takes place earlier the same day. We will re-screen it at 6p PT, when we can all watch together.

We know it's tough viewing alone which is why we're once again jumping on Slack to watch together. Field Team 6 is about registering Democrats but we're also about the community we build together as we do this. So come... share feelings, insights and quips for fighting the good fight... and we'll laugh/cry our way through this together.

Fun voting fact: California’s rural Central Valley is a place with historically low voter turnout, so rallying voters to get out and cast their ballots could make all the difference for Democratic candidates Adam Gray (CA-13) and Rudy Salas (CA-22).

Which means it could decide control of the House. And that means everything.

MY FRIEND'S IN A BAND...

AND THEY'RE AWESOME!

Last Thursday, in North Hollywood’s gorgeous Federal Bar, three separate bands raised the coffered roof on a houseful of progressive patrons. First we were rocked by the wistful warmth of the amazingly talented Townland.

Next, we thundered applause for newly-formed band Crub, in their very first live appearance. Last came Melissa, featuring the inimitable Reggie Watts and the band from the Late, Late Show with James Corden, who doubled down on their special brand of fun and funk.

This breathtaking event, hosted by Late Late Show writer and Field Team 6 friend CeCe Pleasants, brought in crucial dollars to register more new Democrats in swing states – and save this democracy! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this. Beautiful!

BALLOTS OVER BROADWAY 4

A MAGICAL NIGHT IN L.A.

Beneath majestic trees draped in twinkle lights, top Broadway talents and world class musicians sang their hearts out in one of the most moving fundraisers ever – incredibly for the 4th year in a row!

Host Jason Michael Snow sparkled... the musicians elicited laughter and tears, young women shared DemocraShe mentorship triumphs... and Field Team 6 Founder Jason Berlin wowed the crowd with the news that from 6,000 voter registrations when we started in 2019, we've now surpassed one point five million!

Massive thanks to Jess Stamen, Feminists In Action & Momtivist, who made this night a memory for the ages!

VOLUNTEER FAIR w/ PARTNERS DEMCAST & THE UNION & VETERANS FOR THE UNION!

This volunteer fair was special because we were joined by our partners DemCast, The Union, and Veterans for The Union.

Secondly, instead of just getting trained, volunteers were able to immediately start doing what they were just trained in: helping register new Democrats via text, phone, postcard and social media storm. Additionally, separate breakout rooms taught the fun art of in-person registration, and the breakout voting tool BlueVoterGuide.org got some much needed beta-testers!

All in all, a rousing success and almost too much fun! Couldn't make it? Never fear. You can find lots of ways to help in Volunteer Ops below!
