THE REAL OFF SEASON - MAY!!!

It is time to regenerate, take a warm weather break and start planning a fabulous summer in Aspen! Food and Wine is the big summer kickoff followed by the summer JAS event June 26.  As always, summer is the time for a multitude of cultural fun PLUS all the great outdoor activities-hiking, golf, tennis, and river activities!

This is when we think of staging our listings that maybe did not sell in the spring and planning our garden and flowerpot designs.

REAL ESTATE UPDATE

We continue to see some very large closing numbers on “sold before MLS” trophy properties. Remember, if you want a big number on your sale, we will help you stage it for broader appeal. If you want to sell an older property in a highly desired location, then let us help you price it to generate offers. AND, if you are looking to buy, we will work hard to find a listed or unlisted gem. We are discreet on your listing or sale.

Of the 28 single family homes that closed over $5,000 per square feet this season year to date with the highest per square foot dollar indicate:

1. Exceptionally updated and turnkey ready to move in
2. Very close to downtown “core” of Aspen
3. Several properties closed at $2-3,000 per square foot needed a remodel or updating and were farther from town.

Theatre Aspen announces 42nd anniversary summer programming

This year marks Theatre Aspen’s 42nd season, and the lineup includes three mainstage productions: Driving Miss Daisy (June 12–28), Mamma Mia! (July 5–August 2), and Million Dollar Quartet (August 8–23). The summer programming wraps with the sixth annual Solo Flights festival of one-person shows, which runs Sept. 2–7. Theatre Aspen is also continuing its popular Summer Cabaret Series at Hotel Jerome and will present two productions through its Education program. CLICK HERE
