Water day, trip to the zoo, fishing, and a class trip are all things that made up this final full week of school. Next week brings more activities on Monday and Tuesday as well.

As I go to the classrooms I see excited students and teachers reflecting on the year, looking at all of the things they have done and accomplished.

Our 8th graders graduated Thursday night. It was great to hear their reflections of their time spent here at Our Savior. They have been here since preschool. One of the most touching moments this week was watching the 1st-7th grade students and teachers line the hallway on Thursday and sing a blessing to the 8th graders as they exited the hall for their final time.

Congratulations, Wyatt, Chase, and Riley. We will miss your great leadership.

FINAL DAY OF SCHOOL

TUESDAY MAY 23!

Here are the details for the final day of school, Tuesday, May 23.

Students arrive between 8:00-8:15 a.m. and go to their classrooms. NO BACKPACKS PLEASE. K-8 students may wear casual bottoms.
Parents will wait for their children to meet with them in the Activity Center.
We will have an all school closing devotion/blessing.
Field day will begin after the devotion.
The school year will end at 11:30 a.m.! There will be no PM ESC.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL enrollment forms went home last week. It will be held July 17-21

9 am-noon.

Volunteers are also needed. If you are willing to help during that week or decorate prior to that week, contact Myrna Baneck [email protected].

YEARBOOKS were sent home on Monday, May 15.

There are a few extra copies available for $12 if you did not purchase one.

OSL SUMMER ADVENTURE CAMPERS!

SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION WILL BE COMING HOME EARLY NEXT WEEK FOR THOSE WHO ARE REGISTERED!

WE ARE READY FOR SOME MUSCLES!

Join the fun on Wed. 5/24, Fri. 5/26, Sun. 5/28, Mon. 5/29 to help us do a little moving of furniture as we prepare the classrooms for the 2023/2024 school year. Exact times and sign-ups will be on SchoolCues by Monday, May 22.

REMINDER...all ESC balances must be paid in full. The last posting will be May 26.

ALL balances must be paid IN FULL before attending summer camp.

Items are on display in the lobby.

Please take a look for missing items.

All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of the school year.

4th Quarter Chapel Offering- We collected offering for Fieser Nursing Center and their residents. Students made cards and other special projects for the residents. As part of our "Shine" event some classes visited the nursing home and sing. We collected $200 in our chapel offerings and were able to use a Thrivent Action Team card worth $250 to purchase items for the residents.

CONGRATULATIONS TO GRACE AND SHELBY FOR QUALIFYING TO RUN IN THE STATE TRACK MEET! They did an awesome job!

LuSo Summer Camp offers a variety of athletic and enrichment activities for students who have completed K-8th grade. New activities this year include strength and conditioning, hiking, and woodworking. Your campers will have fun while learning a new skill! With more than 20 morning and afternoon activities available, there's a camp for every future Lancer! Registration is now open at LSlancers.org/summer.

STORE CARDS...Remember, these cards make great gifts for birthdays, graduations, thank you's, plus we all need groceries and gas.

~ Important Information ~

MILK CARDS...can be purchased anytime. Cards are $8 and have 20 milks. We offer 2% white and chocolate fat free. If you would like to purchase a milk via SchoolCues, just contact Gail and she will add the charge on your account. Then you will be able to purchase the milk. Once a month we will also have strawberry fat fee available also.

INK CARTRIDGES...we recycle them for a small profit back to school. We will accept any small cartridges. The funds helps pay for some of our new technology.
