JUST A REMINDER! KEEP YOUR CHILD HOME WHEN HE/SHE IS SICK!

Please use these guidelines, which are

based on St. Louis County health

guidelines, in deciding whether a child who is suspected of being ill should

come or return to school.

Students with vomiting, diarrhea, or fever above 99.6 F (prior to being given fever reducers of any sort) in the morning or

100 F in the afternoon are not eligible to attend school.

Students must be free of symptoms (that is, no fever, vomiting, or diarrhea) for 24 hours before returning to school.

When taking a child to the doctor, it is

helpful to bring a note to school from

the doctor to show the child has been

directly under the doctor’s care for the

 given time period.

 Students with COVID or directly

 exposed to COVID must quarantine

 according to current CDC guidelines.

Thank you for helping us keep our

 students and staff healthy.  We

 appreciate your cooperation.

THE SCHOOL DAY BEGINS AT 8:15 a.m. This is not only for our K-8 students, but also preschool classes as well. Doors close at 8:15 a.m. After 8:15 a.m. each student has to be escorted to their classroom by someone. PLEASE HELP US!

TARDIES - for first 3 days of 2023 - 26. We can do WAY better. Last week 21 for a 4 day week. This week - only 19 for a 4-day week. Keep it up!!

FENTON RECREATIONAL SPORTS

In the year 2023, the City of Fenton is bringing back their T-Ball League/Coach Pitch for children from 3-7 years old that will be starting this Spring. It will be at Fenton Sport Complex (945 Larkin Williams Rd, Fenton, MO 63026). We will be opening registration starting

January 4th.

Website:

https://secure.rec1.com/MO/fenton-mo/catalog

We would like to start games starting April 17th. Cost for league is $90. Our goal is to get youth sports back in Fenton City Parks. We will also be hosting Youth Soccer as well this Spring and Summer if anyone is interested.

STORE CARDS...Purchase cards at no additional cost to you. $25 buys a $25 card. Our Savior receives a small profit on each card. The funds are used to purchase additional supplies needed throughout the year.

In December we made almost $300 for the school.

McDonalds has now joined the program. The cards are available in $10 and $25 denominations.

AMAZON SMILE - Of course we have store cards fo Amazon but we can also earn some money for the school by using Amazon Smile and designating Our Savior as our charity recipent. It says 'church' on the website but the funds are deposited in the school's account. This year we made almost $400. Using the cards purchased through us and then using them to purchase your items pays us twice. YAY!!

~ Important Information ~

MILK CARDS...can be purchased anytime. Cards are $8 and have 20 milks. We offer 2% white and chocolate fat free. If you would like to purchase a milk via SchoolCues, just contact Gail and she will add the charge on your account. Then you will be able to purchase the milk. Once a month we will also have strawberry fat fee available also.

INK CARTRIDGES...we recycle them for a small profit back to school. We will accept any small cartridges. The funds helps pay for some of our new technology.

AMAZON SMILE: If you ordered from Amazon please considered 1) buying your Amazon cards from us. We receive a percentage on each card we purchase. 2) Please make any purchases on Amazon Smile and click "Our Savior Lutheran Church" as the charity you would like a percentage of your sales to go towards. The school receives the Amazon Smile funds directly to our bank account. Using both these options allows us to earn a little extra money for the school. Thanks for your support.
