Northeastern Technical College is celebrating the season as staff and faculty bring a wave of fall flair to campus with a festive Plaid Day. Employees across all NETC locations joined in, wearing flannels, scarves, and patterned pieces to create a warm, colorful autumn atmosphere.
Hallways, offices, and student spaces were filled with vibrant tones and bold designs, making the campus feel cozy and spirited. The event brought energy, connection, and a sense of community to the college, showcasing the creativity and personality of NETCβs staff and faculty.
As the semester progresses, NETC continues finding ways to make campus welcoming and full of seasonal cheer, one plaid outfit at a time.

NETC Campus Came Together for Thanksgiving Turkey Trot | | |
Northeastern Technical College kicked off the Thanksgiving festivities with a fun and refreshing Turkey Trot event. Students, staff, and faculty joined for a morning of fitness, fellowship, and holiday cheer before the break.
The Turkey Trot took place on Monday, November 24th, starting at 11:00 AM at the 500 Building, Library Entrance. Participants met at the library, walked upstairs, looped around the hall, and returned to the starting point. Those who preferred to skip the stairs completed laps in the upstairs hall area. The goal was to complete 10 laps, totaling nearly a mile, though participants walked as many laps as they felt comfortable with.
A water station was available to keep everyone refreshed throughout the walk.
The Turkey Trot brought the campus community together, offering a chance to get moving and enjoy time with one another before the holiday break. The event provided a festive start to the Thanksgiving season for all who participated.

Northeastern Technical College staff took a moment to relax and recharge with a cozy fall refresher on the last day before Thanksgiving break. Employees gathered in the 100 Building Employee Lounge anytime between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to enjoy warm apple cider and delicious cookies.
The event offered a simple but delightful way for staff to unwind, connect with colleagues, and celebrate the start of the holiday season. The cozy fall atmosphere provided a welcoming pause before the Thanksgiving break, leaving everyone refreshed and ready for the festivities ahead.
