Exciting Update!

We’ve received our reconstruction permit and have begun restoring our walkways and patios. The work is being completed in phases to help minimize disruption to guests. Some aspects of the project will involve heavy equipment, which will produce some noise and dust.

Speaking of noise, we experienced some unusually disruptive behavior from a few guests last week. While this is a rare occurrence, we take it very seriously. Appropriate action was taken and further steps are being implemented to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.

We are grateful for the vast majority of our guests, who are thoughtful, kind, and appreciative of the unique charm of the Sea Horse. For the others, we are directing them to seek accommodations elsewhere.
