Welcome to the July 2022 edition of The Sunbeam!
Have you been enjoying the sun (in between the rain showers) lately? We know your solar panels have! While all of the rain we’ve had recently has cooled things off a bit, it’s also brought a fresh wave of humidity that can affect even the best of us—please, remember to stay hydrated and watch your physical exertion when you’re outside.
Speaking of which, our installers are troopers up on the roofs this time of year! Don’t worry, we take a number of safety measures to ensure the health and well being of everyone on our team.
One installer in particular stood out this month. Jackson Fyfe recently earned his NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification! This is a prestigious achievement in the renewable energy industry. More on his certification can be viewed in the blog article below.
Our solar campus construction site continues to progress. Concrete for our truck well was poured last week and our second water well is being dug for our geothermal system. Interiorly, two offices and our conference room have been framed out. Everything is starting to take shape! While we’re enjoying this warm weather, the fall cannot come fast enough for us.
As always, we thank you for being a pioneer of the renewable energy movement. If you have questions or want to see more articles about certain aspects of photovoltaic systems, please let us know! Our goal is to be an industry and community leader, and we cannot do either without your support.
Sunny Regards,
The Cape Fear Solar Systems Team
