Our team is very attentive to emails, but there is down time, when we cannot be in front of the computer, or with our iphones in hand.

For this reason, we have some customers who request to purchase items by sending an email to our staff, and they might be missing out on requested items.

To solve this issue, we are asking our customers to please follow the procedure for requested items.

  • When you see an item you want to purchase on the website, simply add it to your cart, and go through the checkout process.

  • You will choose a payment option toward the bottom, whether it be layaway, check, bank wire.

  • Then complete the order with this payment type.

IT WILL NOT REQUIRE YOU TO SUBMIT PAYMENT

It WILL place an order in the system, and will reserve your item immediately.

***By placing items in your cart and leaving them there does not place the item on hold. This does not happen until your order has been submitted as outlined above.

We have always had these options for payment in our order system, but wanted to tell those of you who were unaware, so you are not missing out on that ONE OF A KIND purchase.

This process will be a no fail solution to the few times that we have had this issue arise.
