Bryan Norris is a warrior!

That mindset guided Bryan Norris for 21 years through his Army career which he earned the rank of First Sergeant, leading soldiers through America’s longest period of sustained conflict. Through multiple combat deployments, Bryan never lost a single soldier under his leadership a testament to his meticulous attention to detail, discipline, and unshakable commitment to those he served. After retiring from the military, Bryan successfully transitioned his leadership skills into the private sector, where he now manages complex,

multi-million-dollar projects for a global corporation.

Bryan’s fight for election integrity began when Arkansans voiced a growing concern: they no longer trust the process. In response, Bryan led the

2024 Hand-Marked, Hand-Counted Paper Ballot Initiative in Independence County, securing over 63% voter approval and achieving a landmark

Arkansas Supreme Court victory...(Mitchell v. Norris, 2024 Ark. 148).

This made Independence County the first in the state to allow citizens direct input on how their votes are cast and counted which is

a true win for voter confidence!

But Bryan’s vision extends beyond elections. He believes Arkansans deserve a government that works for them, not against them.

As Secretary of State, he will:

1. Restore trust in elections with transparency, accountability, &

secure processes.

2. Cut government red tape so small businesses can grow faster.

3. Create an environment, for generational wealthgiving AR

families & their children, giving opportunity to thrive not just survive.

Candidate for Circuit Court Judge in Division 1,

Sebastian County Circuit Court, Greenwood, AR.

Judge Wagoner is seeking to succeed the Honorable Stephen Tabor who is retiring after 40 years of service to the county.

Judge Wagoner's legal career is greater than 25 years. He is a graduate of UA Fayetteville School of Law, earned Juris Doctorate in 1999; he is a member of the Sebastian County Bar & AR District Judges Associations. To quote an article from the

Resident News Network & Judge Wagoner, "Throughout my career, I have worked to uphold the law with integrity and impartiality while serving the people of Sebastian County. I am eager to bring my experience, work ethic, and judicial philosophy to the circuit court to ensure that our community continues to have a

strong and principled judiciary."

The Resident News Article reports that "Since taking the bench as District Judge May 2013, Judge Wagoner has presided over criminal, civil, small claims, and traffic matters; and prosecuting some of the county's most serious crimes including murders, robberies, and sexual assaults. His innovative approach to justice has included the implementation of alternative sentencing programs, collaborating with organizations such as Harbor House, The Guidance Center, and the Fort Smith Public Schools Adult Ed Center to provide outpatient drug counseling options for misdemeaner offenders; and he has been an instructor for the

FS Police Department's Law Enforcement Academy."

Judge Wagoner was born and raised in Mansfield, AR, serves as Awana's Director, Sunday School teacher, and Deacon at

Fellowship Baptist Church. He has been married to his wife, Tonya for 27 years and they are proud parents of three daughters. The Wagoners are active members of the Greenwood School District and their local church community. His wife Tonya has been teaching in

Greenwood classrooms for 29 years.
