• 💳 Credit Card: Required at Check-In
• A credit card will be requested upon embarkation to cover any onboard purchases or incidental charges. Charges will only apply if used.
• 💱 Get Euros Before You Go
• PTANA recommends ordering Euros from your local bank, credit union, or AAA office at least 2–3 weeks before departure.
• 🔄 This gives you the best exchange rate and lowest fees, and you'll want cash on hand for tipping, taxis, local shops, and small purchases in Greece and Spain.
• 📱 WhatsApp & International Communication
• Download WhatsApp to stay connected with fellow PTANA attendees, friends, and family while abroad.
• ✅ Check your mobile carrier’s international roaming rates for texting, calling, and data when in port or during pre/post-cruise travel.

🎟️ CREDENTIALS & CONVENTION MATERIALS

• 📛 Official Convention Badge:
• All PTANA members and guests will check in and receive an official convention badge upon arrival. Badges must be worn at all times to access events and sessions.
• 🧾 Verified Credentials for PTANA Members:
• All PTANA Voting Members will have their credentials verified before participating in business sessions and voting.
• 🚪 Badge = Access:
• No badge, no entry. Wearing your badge is required for all events, including receptions, workshops, and sessions.
• 📘 Souvenir Book:
• Every attendee will receive a printed souvenir book with the full convention agenda and event information.
• 💼 Business Cards Encouraged:
• Travel consultants should bring business cards to exchange with peers, vendors, and potential partners during networking opportunities.

🛡️ PTANA MEMBERS ONLY – BUSINESS SESSIONS & VOTING

• 👥 Business Sessions:
• This is an election year for our Member At Large (MAL). All PTANA members are expected to attend and be on time for each business session.
• 🗳️ Electronic Voting:
• All voting will be conducted electronically.
• You must be 2025 compliant and credentialed voting member to participate in MAL Elections. If you aren't sure, we suggest you verify your status with your Chapter's membership chair ASAP whether you are eligible to vote at this year's Annual Convention.
• ✅ You must bring your own device (cell phone, tablet, iPad, or laptop). All attendees have wifi for 1 device onboard.
• ❌ Devices cannot be shared—each member must vote from their own personal device.
• 📶 Free Wi-Fi will be available in the meeting room for voting access.
• 👔 Attire:
• Chapter shirts or business casual are required for all sessions.
• 🥂 Gold Circle Event:
• Invitation-only—eligible members will be notified separately.
