Beginning this Friday, relive the magic of The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe with Adventure Theatre! This two-person rendition of the beloved story is sure to make beautiful wintertime memories for audiences ages 4 and up. Purchase tickets now!


Photoworks is hosting three events this weekend: cyanotype printing for the whole family, a behind-the-scenes look at the processes behind the current exhibition, and an artist talk. Learn more and don't forget to RSVP!


We are so excited to welcome visitors to the Opening Reception for our annual Holiday Art Show & Sale in the Popcorn Gallery & Stone Tower Gallery from 6pm to 8pm this Saturday. But don't despair, if you would rather do your shopping during the day, the show opens at 12pm!


Park View Gallery will also be hosting an Opening Reception Saturday night from 6pm to 8pm: Sushila Bloom's Birds and Blooms is a relaxing watercolor exhibit showcasing fauna and flora throughout the seasons.


Also on Saturday will be Glen Echo Pottery's first – of two – Winter Outdoor Pottery Market. So there's no excuse for not getting your holiday shopping done early this year. 🎁

A Weekend of Photography

Saturday & Sunday, November 18 & 19 | Photoworks


Saturday morning, the whole family can enjoy the Cyanotype printing experience with instructor Red Wondemu. In the evening, an older crowd is invited for Monochrome Mimosas: a behind-the-scenes look at the processes used in Photoworks' current exhibition. Sunday afternoon, enjoy an artist talk with Sarah Hood Salomon on the unusual subject of sculptural photography.

In a two-person version of the classic tale, Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy discover a secret portal to a magical world called Narnia. With an evil White Witch ruling the kingdom, can Lucy, her new friend Mr. Tumnus, and her family band together to save this land from the eternal winter?

Tiny Tots


Designed for children 2 to 4 years old, ongoing Tiny Tots shows offer a viewing atmosphere especially suited for young theatre patrons. All Tiny Tots shows feature: 30 minute runtime, no dark room, no loud noises, and open theatre doors.

To celebrate 40 years of the Puppet Co., the beloved children's theater presenter is raising $40,000! So far, through the generous support of the community, 25% of this goal has been raised. Contributions help the Puppet Co. present fan favorites, create new shows and programs for all ages, and continue to share the joy of puppetry with people on a local and national level!
