Greetings!

Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at the Partnership! We’re so grateful for the many moments of connection we’ve shared at the Park—and grateful to you for being part of our arts community.

Check out a holiday Children's Theater production for a winter activity that both kids and adults will love! This week, Frosty the Snowman opens at Adventure Theatre MTC, and the 37th annual production of The Nutcracker opens at the Puppet Co. Visit our Light Up the Holidays page for a full list of upcoming holiday performances, including a Hanukkah puppet show and a Winter Revels production.

This Saturday, get a head start on your holiday shopping AND support artists in your community at Shop Arts Saturday, our Park-wide celebration of national Small Business Saturday. Individual artists and galleries are small businesses, too—support them on Small Business Saturday! Browse & buy artwork in visual arts studios & galleries throughout the Park, including the Holiday Art Show & Sale in the Partnership Galleries; a weekend exhibition by Jenny Wilson in the Yellow Barn Gallery; plus artwork for sale at PhotoworksSilverWorks, Glen Echo Pottery, Art Glass Center, and Glen Echo Glassworks.

DanceFit: Shake Your Soul takes a break this week. We'll be back in December with more mind & body connection on Saturday, December 6 and 13 in the Ballroom Back Room.

Our Light Up the Holidays season of events is in full swing at Glen Echo Park! As you visit with family and friends over the holidays, stop by the Park to enjoy winter classes and workshops, live performances, open studios & galleries, and twinkling holiday lights.

Mark your calendars! Giving Tuesday is just one week away on December 2, 2025. Your gift on Giving Tuesday will be doubled (up to $5,000!) thanks to a generous match by The Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz Foundation.

Read on for more details about these events plus other happenings this week, including upcoming classes, exhibitions, and social dances. We can't wait to see you at the Park soon, and as always, we appreciate your support!
