THO Embarks on Lead Generation Efforts for Clients
PR is known to significantly move the needle for press opportunities, however more opportunities have begun presenting themselves utilizing PR as a tool for Lead Generation. For this reason, The Hoyt Organization created and implemented several campaigns to generate leads for our clients. Read more below:
Genomic Life
To generate more leads to grow the business during a critical sales period, The Hoyt Organization (THO) leveraged organic and paid social strategies to drive additional traffic and leads to the company website. As a result, Genomic Life's LinkedIn Ad reached over 16.8k users with a view rate of more than 88%.
Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Downtown 
THO focused on developing a Lead Gen recruitment campaign for multifamily brokers. The campaign included supporting the new office's launch party with social media content as well as media relations support which resulted in two media RSVPs with The Real Deal and Downtown Weekly LA.

Additionally, the campaign included drafting a multifamily broker recruitment email cadence which invited brokers to visit the office and meet the president of Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Downtown. The email cadence also painted the picture of the new type of the office culture.

The San Fernando Valley Business Journal named Robert Licht, Chief Financial Officer of Hertz Investment Group as the 2022 Private Company CFO of the Year (Large Company).
Maximizing LinkedIn Presence to Establish Industry Leadership 
The Hoyt Organization developed a social media plan for Hertz Investment Group that would strengthen the company’s digital presence, as well as its position as a powerhouse in the institutional office market. A significant component of this plan was a focused effort on expanding Hertz’s LinkedIn footprint, which was rife with potential that had not yet been fully explored. At the time THO began managing the company’s LinkedIn account, it had 1,812 followers with no posts.  

Hertz Investment Group’s LinkedIn generated over 30,000 post impressions throughout the year and garnered 281 new followers.
THO's Sailing Trip In Marina Del Rey
This year, THO enjoyed a sailing trip in Marina Del Rey! The opportunity to sail was donated by Tom Neary for an auction held by the ACE Mentor Program of America (ACE). The organization is a free, award-winning, afterschool program designed to attract high school students into pursuing careers in the architecture, construction and engineering industries, including skilled trades.
