INSPIRATIONAL NEWSLETTER

THURSDAY

AUGUST 20, 2026

We pray that this newsletter and its contents that we share will help you on your daily journey with Christ, causing you to grow in the ways of the Lord.

The giftings of the fivefold ministry (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher) should have one purpose, and that is the teaching and equipping of the saints until we come into unity.

This is why we teach so that you can grow stronger in your faith until unity comes in the body of Christ. Take what you have learned and share it with others so that we can further the kingdom for Jesus Christ.

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN THE MIRROR?

When we look into a mirror, what do we see? Do we see in our faces all of the problems that weigh us down, or do we see a warrior wearing the armor of God? How we see ourselves will determine what we are! We must take all of our thoughts captive, and not allow what we “feel” to override what God says about us!

The ability to feel is a great gift. If we did not feel pain when we touch fire, our bodies would be destroyed. If we did not feel we could not be in touch with other people and understand what they are going through.

Yet, we must not let ourselves be led by feelings. We must “hear” the voice of God through His Word, and only be led by the promises of God. We MUST do this to get the victory that is ours through the death, burial, and resurrection of our Lord. Otherwise, we will live defeated lives in spite of the fact that we have been given promises for an overcoming life.

We have to learn to “see” what we say instead of “say” what we “see.” We have to make the choice to go with what God says about us rather than what we feel. It is not an easy battle. It takes diligence, and persistence, but one can do it if they choose to.

The choice is ours. We can live a defeated “emotional mess” life, or we can choose to put the Word of God in front of our eyes, and speak it, and live in victory. The choice is up to us. God does not want us to be puppets, He wants us to be led by His Spirit, so we can become all that He desires for us.

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

Seasons in life come and go, like a fruit bearing vine or tree, change comes with new seasons and a new beginning starts. It is the way of the tree or the vine. The fruit must be harvested, then new growth comes. Jesus said that all who abide in the vine will be pruned for one reason, and that is to be fruitful. Don't hang on to yesterday's harvest when God has something new and fresh for you that will bring a new fruitful harvest

Thursday Thought For Today

Did your life turn out as you planned? If not, did you blame God or did you blame others? Did you become stuck and unable to have the joy in your life that you desperately desired? There is hope in this season for things to turn around. Whoever is responsible for your situation, it is time to forgive them and maybe even yourself. Life isn’t fair and sometimes we get caught in the blame game and can’t move forward. That is the time to search your heart and ask God if you should be forgiving anyone. Most often the answer will be yes. It is never easy to forgive when you have been hurt. But that is the beginning of healing your mind and your heart.

Sometimes all you can begin with is “I choose to forgive ( so and so). You can insert the name. But I can tell you that as you begin the process: God will help you. Some times you might need to talk with a counselor to help you through the pain. And sometimes just saying “I choose to forgive (so and so) will bring the release of all those emotions. Your heart will begin to breathe in Gods love again and then you can bless the person. There is a release when you forgive someone. But more importantly God cannot forgive your sins if you cannot forgive others.

“If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.”

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭6‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NLT‬‬

_____________

I hear the Lord saying...”Get ready My child for very soon I will cause a divine turnaround in your life. It’s then you will begin to see your prayers rapidly answered and many situations worked out and totally turned around for your good and for My glory. You must realize My child it’s in this season where you’re now walking that; It will be a time of divine interruptions…And you will see things take place that you have longed to see. Yes, My child it’s here where things which have not yet been figured out by you nor by the minds of other great men and women; Will now surely happen as you and a few others of My dedicated children seek My face in your secret place. Yes, now is the time for you to see breakouts and breakthroughs happening while breakdowns will no longer be your portion. Oh, but now you will be seeing breakups and break offs happening all around you; As you breakaway from certain people, certain places and certain things. Just know that this must be in order to move you into everything I have laid out for you to do and to walk in. It’s very soon that you’ll begin to experience My glory in a new way and in deeper dimension! Yes, My child you will soon know that it was all turned around and set in place; Not by a human but only by and through Me, My Spirit and what I have laid up for you to have and to do in this hour. Yes, child you have been faithful; And now it is your turn to move up and to move on into My greater glory. Now rejoice, lift up your head and your heart; As you begin to praise Me your Lord and your Savior for I am about to do what no earthly power could ever do. So Trust Me and begin to move in sync with Me, My presence, My Word and My power”

I can see why Jesus gets so weary of things and people as they are. Yes, He grieves over lost souls. He also grieves over the Body of Christ and the way they are doing each other.. He meant it when He said He is coming back for a Church without spot or wrinkle. Those spots are blemishes or sins that are still evident in our life. The wrinkles are what we have not allowed Him to press or smooth out, that hinder our daily confession or walk with Him. We have to be a Bride, prepared and clothed in a presentable garment, acceptable to the Bridegroom
