VISION, VALLEY, AND VICTORY

When God gives us a vision of who we are and what it is that we are to do, we have our “marching orders” to fulfill God’s will or our destiny. Rest assured Satan will attempt to sidetrack us, to discourage us, or otherwise prevent us from the fulfillment. We often then find ourselves in a valley, feeling as though we have failed, or are in the process of failing. How do we climb out of that valley?

There are two primary keys. These two keys will rekindle the passion for the vision that initially inspired us.  

The two keys are first, the diligent studying and reading aloud of God’s written word, the bible, and second is deep prayer in solitude with the Holy Spirit. This requires discipline on our part. Such discipline will ultimately lead to victory and freedom, pulling us out of the valley of despair.

This discipline is a choice of our free will. Failure to discipline ourselves will hand over the victory to the devil. We must not allow that to happen. We must hold to the discipline of staying in God’s Word and being diligent to pray, pray, and pray some more. You must keep your focus upon the Lord and fully trust Him and His Word.

God gives you the vision, and the understanding of who you are to be. Hold passionately to that understanding. If you feel it slipping a little bit, then ask Him to recharge your passion for Him and for your vision for living. He will bring you through that valley.

There will be battles for you to fight both spiritually and materially. The victory will be yours through the strength of Christ. However, you must fight the battle in faith. There is no victory without a fight. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, mind, and will, then Jesus will bring you to victory.

WHAT IF?

“What ifs” are a part of so many lives. Often, they cause people to walk in great fear. For instance: 

What if war breaks out in America?  

Or, what if I catch the Covid virus?  

Or what if my spouse dies and I can’t afford to keep my home?  

What if my children get into drugs?  

What if God doesn’t really exist?

These” what ifs” could fill an entire library. Satan fills our minds with these questions and if we give into them, then fear controls us.

But I would say this instead. What if we trust God for every aspect of our lives and believe in his promises? What if we take him at his “word” and just believe that his word is true?

Fear brings torment, and I see it as the opposite of faith. In II Timothy it says, “For God hath not given us a spirit of fear; but of power, and of love and a sound mind.” Don’t let fear control you with “what ifs.” Let faith rise up in you and walk by faith and not by fear.

Prophetic Exhortation

Stop! Look! Listen! God is asking that you choose the decision you are about to make with great caution. Make sure it is God leading you and not your flesh, or an evil spirit! Again Stop! Look! and Listen!

PROPHETIC EXHORTATION

You should NEVER be so afraid of losing someone in your life; Until it causes you to end up losing your own self in the process. Just know this does happen and it is simply because you were trying too hard to please another human being. Just know when you try that hard to please people in order to keep a relationship with them; You not only stand the chance of losing your own self; But some people have actually ended up losing their personal relationship with God in the process. Now the real truth of the matter is when you make it TOP priority to please GOD; Then everyone and everything else will automatically fall right into place. We read in Deuteronomy 4:24 that our God is a jealous God; And therefore we should NEVER put anyone or anything BEFORE HIM.

The more you look to the light of the Son,

The newer you will become. Just like

God makes the Moon new each month.

He will make your heart new in him.

The Moon and you, so similar you are.

You will give light like the Moon. For Christ

Is light in your Heart. Make people smile in the

Light of your heart. Show them the way.

Make their Heart start in Christ today.

It will do your Heart so good. You will feel the Joy

Of others. The Moon and you, life is good!
