The North Conway Library invites you to the fascinating program:
Photography on the Edge by
Philbrick Photography tomorrow, Thursday, May 25, at 7 pm at the Weather Discovery Center (“Obs”) in North Conway Village.
Jay Philbrick, a local photographer with a worldwide following, will offer a behind-the-scenes look at some of the world's most epic portrait and wedding photography.
In this dramatic slide show presentation Philbrick will describe the creative process behind the making of his images that have become famous worldwide. He will share the back story of how a local photographer became a viral sensation on the Internet and discuss the making of some of the most amazing environmental portraits you'll ever see.
Another focus of the program will be some spectacular nature photography from a recent trip to Iceland.
The program is free of charge, although donations to the Library are greatly appreciated. No reservations necessary. There will be time after the presentation for questions and discussion. Homemade cookies will be served and coffee is generously provided by Frontside Grind of North Conway.
