TIABC Welcomes New Industry Voice
to Federal Advocacy Efforts

TIABC meets regularly with its provincial and territorial counterparts to address issues of national concern. Up until 2020, the Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba were without an equivalent association, although representatives from the hotel and hospitality sector attended various meetings. Following the establishment of the Tourism Industry Association of Alberta last year, the Province of Saskatchewan now has its own broader industry voice representing tourism and hospitality.

The Saskatchewan Hotel and Hospitality Association (SHHA) today announced January 19th that it has rebranded to become Hospitality Saskatchewan and enhanced its mandate to now serve as the tourism industry association for the province.
