Dear Exhibitors
Important Note: We apologize for the delay in sending the link for the virtual platform. We have been dealing with an urgent Facebook problem, a FAKE account pretending to be the Toronto Boat Show (from Indonesia), targeting our followers, and asking for credit card information to claim the show's contest prize.
Our reporting efforts so far have not resulted in Facebook taking down the Fake Account. Please see the message on our Facebook account to help REPORT. Thank you.
We have been navigating some unchartered waters for a lot of months now to get to where we are today.
But this year we had to figure out "A whole NEW way to put on a Boat Show" and connect Exhibitors to Customers.
It hasn't been a perfect process or seamless, there have been tireless days and nights but we can tell you it has been a whole lot of learning! And now We are...Almost Ready!
We want to thank you for your feedback, input and support when we needed it most. We know during these times everybody and every business has had their worry, challenges and heart ache. Most importantly we have come out of this healthy, stronger and we wish everybody the same good fortune.
As we head towards the official opening of the Virtual Show on Monday, we kindly ask you to remember that this is new for everyone and it won't be perfect. We have lots to learn from this first time around. We know the digital platform for customer buying is here to stay and we plan to build on what we have learned this year to make our future shows stronger.
We are prepared for customers to have questions and we know your questions will keep on coming, but please remember we are a few doing a lot. We want to listen and really hear you, but at the same time it is difficult to get back to you as timely as we want to due to our volume this week. We promise to do our best to keep up.
Your Boat Show Team
