Many modern products have texture on the top that can be damaged during shipping. The Tiger Sheet Inserter is designed to place a layer of protective packaging material automatically onto the finished product surface inside the cuber, and there are many options for your material, such as foam, netting, or other protective material.
How it works is that after the 4-way clamp puts a tier of the finished product on the lifter conveyor, the sheet is pulled out from the sheet roll and cut to the required length and placed on the surface of the product. The feeding speed is controlled by a frequency drive to provide both high speed and a precise stopping position.
