City-inspired apartments in walkable suburban locations were in high demand last year, and the trend shows little sign of slowing down in 2022. Helping developers deliver a best-of-both-worlds experience are design firms like Taylor Johnson client BKV Group, whose recently completed projects include The Fynn, a luxury eight-story, 212-unit rental community in Elmhurst, Ill., developed by LMC.
