Taylor Johnson helped client Friedman Properties place a byline with Development Magazine about how destination-oriented concepts benefit surrounding businesses and create a more robust commercial district. The resulting article included proof points from Friedman’s 5 million-square-foot portfolio, including Theater of the Mind, an immersive experience co-created by David Byrne and located in the historic Reid Murdoch Building overlooking the Chicago River. Friedman is also marketing the landmark Medinah Temple, currently the temporary home of Bally’s Chicago casino, as an ideal flagship location for a global brand in search of a unique multiuse space.
