While Taylor Johnson client Draper and Kramer, Incorporated’s multifamily portfolio spans geographic markets across the country, the firm’s latest acquisition was big news back in Chicago, where the company was founded more than 130 years ago. With the purchase of Albion Evanston, a 268-unit Class A building, Draper and Kramer notched its first property in Evanston, Ill., in what was reported to be the popular inner-ring suburb’s largest apartment transaction in nearly two years.
